Our Website functions only as a platform connecting Customers and Tutors; it is not a party to any agreements between you and a Tutor and does not oversee or guarantee the performance of any services or materials they provide.

You may request a refund if the Tutor fails to deliver the agreed Service.
If you request a refund or initiate a chargeback for an Order purchased using a promo code, only the amount you actually paid, after the promo code was applied, is eligible for a refund. Promo codes have no cash value and are not eligible for refund or transfer.
After you receive the refund confirmation, we will initiate your refund within three business days. Refund timing depends on your original payment date and your financial institution’s processing times. We are not responsible for any bank transfer fees, processing anomalies, or delays imposed by your bank or card issuer.
Refunds are generally available for up to six months from the original transaction date and will be credited back to the same payment method used for your order. Once the refund period has expired, you are no longer eligible for a refund, and we cannot transfer funds to a different payment method.

Tutors receive payment for each confirmed order into their designated account. Payouts are processed through our secure third-party payment partners, ensuring timely and encrypted transactions.
All payments made through our Website are strictly for purchasing and delivering Services between Customers and Tutors. Payments must not be used for any fraudulent, criminal, or otherwise unlawful activities.
